Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Mix mayonnaise and ketchup

  • Put mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Add mustard and sugar

  • Add mustard and brown sugar. Mix well. The flavor will be sweet and tangy.

Add vinegar and spices

  • Add vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix again.

Season with salt and pepper

  • Add salt and pepper. Taste and adjust if needed.

Heat gently

  • Pour the sauce into a pan. Warm for 3–5 minutes on low heat. Do not boil.

Serve

  • Turn off heat and cool a little. The sauce is ready.

Notes

  • Use real mayonnaise for smooth taste.
  • Add extra mustard for stronger flavor.
  • Add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
  • Do not overheat. Warm only.
  • Chill for one hour before eating for better taste.
