Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops Herbalife chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Add Milk

  • Pour one cup of milk into the blender. You can use low-fat, almond, or oat milk.

Add Protein Powder

  • Put in two scoops of Herbalife chocolate protein powder. This is the main source of protein.

Add Peanut Butter

  • Add one spoon of peanut butter for taste and healthy fat. It makes the shake creamier and more filling.

Add Ice Cubes

  • Drop five ice cubes into the blender. They make the shake cold and fresh.

Add Cocoa Powder (Optional)

  • If you want a richer taste, add one teaspoon cocoa powder. This will make the flavor stronger.
