Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs optional for crunch

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). This helps the chicken cook well and turn golden.

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This helps the mayo stick better.

Make the Mayo Mix

  • In a bowl, mix mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Add paprika if you like a smoky flavor.

Coat the Chicken

  • Spread the mayo mix on each chicken breast. Cover them well. If you like crunch, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Bake the Chicken

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked.

Check the Chicken

  • Cut one piece to check if it’s done. It should be white inside, not pink.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Take out the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve it hot with rice, pasta or salad.
