Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice orange, strawberry, or grape
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • You can use any juice you like. Orange juice gives a tangy taste, while berry juice makes them sweet.

Instructions

Warm the Juice

  • Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Heat it on low flame. Do not boil it. You just need it warm.

Add Sweetener

  • Add honey or maple syrup. Stir until it mixes well. This adds a nice sweet taste.

Add Gelatin

  • Sprinkle gelatin slowly over the warm juice. Stir fast with a whisk. Keep stirring until smooth and shiny. The mix should look a little thick.

Pour into Molds

  • Use a dropper or spoon to fill your molds. Do this quickly before it sets. You can use bear molds or any shape you like.

Chill and Set

  • Put the molds in the fridge. Let them sit for one hour. The gummies will become firm and chewy.

Remove and Enjoy

  • Take the gummies out of the molds carefully. Put them in a clean, tight container. Keep them in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use real fruit juice for better taste.
  • Do not boil the juice.
  • Stir fast when you add gelatin.
  • Add more or less honey as you like.
  • Chill longer if you want firmer gummies.
  • Try mixing two juices for new flavors.
