Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn plain or lightly salted
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup melted white chocolate
  • ¼ cup orange candy melts
  • ¼ cup black candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional

Instructions

Pop the Popcorn

  • First, pop the popcorn. You can use a microwave or a pot. Make sure it’s plain or just a little salted. Put it in a big bowl and remove any hard kernels.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Put white chocolate in a small bowl. Melt it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time. Stir often so it doesn’t burn. Do the same for orange and black candy melts.

Mix the Popcorn

  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn. Stir slowly so all popcorn is covered. The chocolate will help the candy stick.

Add the Candies

  • Add candy corn, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles. Mix them gently. The colors make it look fun and spooky.

Drizzle with Color

  • Use a spoon to drizzle the orange and black candy melts on top. This makes it look extra pretty and tasty.

Let It Cool

  • Spread the popcorn on a tray with parchment paper. Let it sit for 10 minutes or until the chocolate gets hard. Then break it into pieces.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Put your Halloween popcorn in bowls or small bags. Now it’s ready to eat or share at your Halloween party.

Notes

  • Take out unpopped kernels before adding candy.
  • Use fresh popcorn for better crunch.
  • Don’t overheat the candy melts.
  • Add nuts or pretzels if you like.
  • Keep it in an airtight jar so it stays crispy.
  • Try different candy colors for other holidays too.
