Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk you like
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A few ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits

  • Peel the banana. Cut mango and pineapple into small pieces. Freeze if not frozen.

Add Milk to Blender

  • Pour 1 cup milk into blender. Milk helps fruits blend well.

Add Banana and Mango

  • Put frozen banana and mango into blender. These make smoothie creamy.

Add Pineapple

  • Add frozen pineapple. It gives sweet and tangy taste.

Add Honey or Maple Syrup

  • Add 1 tablespoon honey or syrup. It makes smoothie a little sweet.

Add Vanilla Extract

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. It makes smoothie taste better.

Add Chia Seeds (Optional)

  • Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds for fiber and healthy fats.

Add Ice Cubes (Optional)

  • Add ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie.

Blend Until Smooth

  • Turn on blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Taste and Adjust Sweetness

  • Taste smoothie. Add more honey if needed. Blend again if added.

Pour Into Glasses

  • Pour smoothie into two glasses. Use spoon to scrape thick smoothie.
