Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying vegetable or sunflower

Instructions
 

Prepare Chicken

  • Wash chicken breasts. Pat them dry. Cut into small nugget-size pieces.

Season the Chicken

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well.

Set Up Coating Stations

  • Place flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in separate shallow plates.

Coat With Flour

  • Roll each chicken piece in flour. Shake off extra flour evenly.

Dip in Egg

  • Dip floured chicken into beaten eggs. Ensure all sides are covered.

Coat With Breadcrumbs

  • Roll chicken in breadcrumbs. Press gently to stick well.

Heat Oil

  • Pour oil in a frying pan. Heat to medium-high. Test with a breadcrumb drop.

Fry Chicken Nuggets

  • Place nuggets in hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes each side.

Drain Excess Oil

  • Remove nuggets with tongs. Place on paper towels to drain oil.

Serve Hot

  • Serve immediately with your favorite sauce like ketchup or mayo.

Notes

  • Use fresh chicken, not frozen.
  • Panko breadcrumbs give extra crunch.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
  • Fry in medium-high heat for even cooking.
  • Pat chicken dry to avoid soggy nuggets.
