- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Make the Banana Pudding
Mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and salt in a saucepan. Stir slowly on low heat until it becomes thick. Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. Let it cool down fully.
Prepare the Coating
Take three bowls.
