  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water for thin texture

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cilantro

  • Wash the cilantro and remove thick stems. Keep only the leaves.

Blend the Ingredients

  • Add cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, and jalapeño to a blender. Blend until it looks smooth and creamy.

Add Seasoning

Blend again until everything mixes well.
