Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: sesame seeds or flax seeds for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Whisk Eggs

  • In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add melted butter and apple cider vinegar.

Combine Wet and Dry

  • Pour the egg mixture into the almond flour. Stir gently until smooth and thick.

Transfer to Pan

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Add Seeds (Optional)
