Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Dinty Moore Beef Stew 15 oz each
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Step 1. Heat the Pot

  • Put pot on medium heat. Add olive oil.

Step 2. Cook the Onion

  • Add onion. Stir until soft and light brown.

Step 3. Add Carrots and Potatoes

  • Add diced veggies. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4. Pour in Beef Broth

  • Add beef broth. Stir well and let simmer.

Step 5. Add Dinty Moore Beef Stew

  • Pour in canned beef stew. Mix gently.

Step 6. Season the Stew

  • Add salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and paprika.

Step 7. Simmer Slowly

  • Cover pot. Cook on low for 45 minutes.

Step 8. Stir and Taste
