Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese full-fat for creamier texture
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk any type
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips fruit, nuts

Instructions
 

Blend Cottage Cheese

  • Place cottage cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure no lumps remain.

Add Sweeteners

  • Add sugar or honey and vanilla extract. Blend again until fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness.

Mix with Milk

  • Pour milk into the mixture. Blend for 30 seconds. It should be pourable but still thick.

Pour into Freezer Container
