Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle red wine Merlot or Cabernet
  • ½ cup brandy
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits

  • Wash all the fruits well. Slice the orange and lemon thin. Cut the apple into small cubes. Put all the fruit into a big pitcher.

Add the Wine and Brandy

  • Pour the red wine and brandy over the fruits. Stir slowly. The fruits will soak up the rich flavors.

Add Orange Juice and Sweetener

  • Add orange juice and sugar (or honey). Mix it well. Taste and adjust sweetness as you like.

Let It Chill

  • Put the pitcher in the fridge for 2 hours. This helps the flavors blend. You can also make it a day before.

Add Soda and Ice

  • Before serving, pour in the soda. Add ice cubes into each glass.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve your sangria cold. Add extra fruit slices on top for a nice look.
