Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

Heat the oil

  • Heat oil in a pan until warm. Add chopped onion and proceed to cook slowly till soft and golden.

Add garlic and ginger

  • Add garlic and ginger paste. Stir slowly and allow the mixture to cook until the aroma becomes warm and strong.

Add curry powder

  • Add coconut milk into the pan. Mix slowly so that the sauce is smooth and the flavors are mixed in well.

Pour coconut milk

  • Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and chili flakes. Stir just until all becomes mixed and there is a harmonious flavor.

Add seasonings

  • Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Stir gently until everything mixes and creates a balanced taste.
