Crust
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
- 3 packs cream cheese soft
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup strawberry puree
- Few drops pink food color optional
Topping
- Fresh sliced strawberries
- Whipped cream
- Edible cherry blossom petals optional
Step 1: Make the crust
Mix crackers, butter, and sugar.
Press in the pan base.
Bake for 10 minutes at 325°F.
Step 2: Make the filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one by one.
Mix gently.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Mix in strawberry puree.
Add pink color if you want.
Step 3: Bake the cheesecake
Pour filling over crust.
Place pan in a baking sheet with water.
Bake 55 minutes at 325°F.
Turn oven off. Leave cheesecake inside.
