Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional

Instructions
 

Slice the Kielbasa

  • Cut the sausage into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Keep them similar in size for even cooking.

Heat the Skillet

  • Place skillet on medium heat. Add butter and let it melt completely for the glaze base.

Add the Sausage

  • Place the sausage pieces in the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

Mix Sugar and Honey

  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.

Add the Glaze

  • Pour the sugar and honey mixture over the sausages. Stir to coat all pieces evenly.

Cook Until Caramelized

  • Let sausages cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The glaze should thicken and stick to the sausage.

Check Doneness

  • Make sure sausages are fully cooked. The glaze should be sticky and golden brown.
