Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bucatini pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot. Add salt. Cook bucatini until firm. Drain and set aside.

Cook steak

  • Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in pan. Cook steak until brown on both sides. Rest steak, then slice thin.

Cook shrimp

  • In same pan, add butter. Cook shrimp with garlic until pink. Add lemon juice for extra taste. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Make sauce

  • In pan, add Calabrian chili paste. Stir with cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thick and creamy.

Combine pasta

  • Add bucatini to sauce. Mix until pasta is well coated.

Add proteins

  • Top pasta with sliced steak and shrimp. Mix lightly.

Garnish

  • Sprinkle parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
  • Do not overcook steak.
  • Keep pasta slightly firm for better bite.
  • Add more Calabrian chili if you love spice. 
  • Rest steak before slicing to keep it juicy.
