Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter pecan syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter extract
  • 750 ml grain alcohol moonshine
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions
 

Heat water and sugar

  • Put saucepan on medium heat. Add water and both sugars. Stir until sugar melts. This makes the sweet base.

Add syrup and extracts

  • Pour in butter pecan syrup. Add vanilla and butter extract. Stir well to mix flavor.

Let it cool

  • Turn off heat. Let liquid cool fully. Do not add alcohol when hot.

Add moonshine

  • When cool, add moonshine. Stir slowly with spoon. Now it is smooth and strong.

Add pecans

  • Add chopped pecans. They give extra flavor. Let them soak for best taste.

Store in jars

  • Pour mix into jars. Close lids tightly. This helps blend flavor.

Rest before serving

  • Keep jars in cool place for one week. More time makes better taste.
