  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the Base

  • Add mayonnaise, honey, and mustard to a bowl. Mix them well until smooth. This is your sauce base.

Add Flavor

  • Now add soy sauce and vinegar. They give a tangy taste. Mix well so everything blends.

Add Spices

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. These make the sauce rich and bold.

Stir Well

  • Whisk or stir until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps.

Taste and Adjust

  • Taste your sauce. Add more honey if you want it sweeter. Add more soy sauce for more salt.
  • Chill Before Use
  • Put the sauce in a jar. Chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes. This helps the flavors mix well.

Notes

  • Use good mayonnaise for creamy sauce.
  • Add a little lemon juice for extra tang.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Keep it in the fridge for better flavor.
  • Do not skip honey—it makes it sweet and tasty.
