Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Cook the Blueberries

  • Heat blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a pan until soft and juicy with a thick syrup.

Mash the Blueberries

  • Mash the warm blueberries gently. Leave some chunks for texture. Let the mixture cool completely.

Sweeten the Yogurt

  • Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla. Stir until the yogurt tastes smooth, sweet, and creamy.

Fill the Molds

  • Fill each mold with a spoon of yogurt. Leave a little space for the swirl on top.

Add Blueberry Swirl
