  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • ½ cup cold butter cubed
  • ½ cup cooked beef chopped
  • ½ cup ham chopped

  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions
 

Mix the Dry Items
