Ingredients
  

  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Sriracha sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon fresh
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ⅛ teaspoon

Instructions
 

Prepare garlic

  • Peel and mince garlic finely. You can use a garlic press to make it very smooth.

Mix mayonnaise and sriracha

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Whisk until fully blended and smooth.

Add garlic

  • Add the minced garlic to the mayo-sriracha mixture. Stir gently until evenly incorporated.

Add lemon juice and olive oil

  • Pour in fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk again until sauce is creamy and glossy.

Season

  • Add salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust for desired spiciness or tanginess.

Chill (optional)
