Ingredients

Prepare the Spinach

  • Heat a pan with olive oil. Add chopped spinach. Cook until the leaves shrink and become soft.

  • Add chopped onion to the same pan. Cook until soft and light brown. Mix with spinach.

Mix the Cheeses

  • Place feta and ricotta in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
