Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Prepare the Shrimp

  • Place shrimp in the baking dish. Spread them evenly in one layer.

Make the Sauce

  • Mix olive oil, butter, garlic, lemon juice and wine in a bowl.

Season the Shrimp

  • Pour sauce over shrimp. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Add Toppings

  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake the Shrimp

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until shrimp are pink.

Broil for Color

  • Broil for one minute for a golden topping.
