Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Aperol
  • 6 ounces chilled Prosecco
  • 2 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 orange slices for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses

  • Take two large wine glasses. Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes. Cold glasses help keep the drink fresh and crisp longer.

Add the Aperol

  • Pour 2 ounces of Aperol into each glass. The bright orange color will start to shine beautifully over the ice.

Pour the Prosecco

  • Slowly add 3 ounces of chilled Prosecco into each glass. Pour gently to keep the bubbles fresh and lively.

Add Sparkling Water

  • Pour 1 ounce of sparkling water into each glass. This makes the drink lighter and more refreshing.

Stir Gently

  • Use a long spoon to stir the drink softly. Do not stir too much. You want to keep the bubbles active.

Garnish and Serve

  • Add a fresh orange slice to each glass. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly. Enjoy your refreshing cocktail.

Notes

  • Always use chilled Prosecco for best flavor.
  • Use large ice cubes so they melt slowly.
  • Do not over-stir to keep bubbles fresh.
  • Adjust sparkling water for lighter taste.
  • Add extra orange slice for stronger citrus flavor.
  • Serve immediately for best results.
