- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh coriander chopped (for garnish)
