Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Season the Chicken

  • Place chicken cubes in a bowl. Add oil and spices. Mix well for even flavor.

Add the Veggies

  • Put broccoli, peppers and zucchini in the bowl. Mix everything gently with hands or tongs.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Turn on the air fryer. Heat it to 380°F for a few minutes before cooking.

Load the Basket

  • Place the chicken and veggies in the basket. Keep items in a single layer for best results.

Start Cooking

  • Cook at 380°F. Let the air fryer run for 15 minutes until chicken cooks fully.

Shake the Basket

  • Halfway through cooking, shake the basket. This helps food cook evenly on all sides.
